Great store, friendly staff happy to help b loads of gaming nights, plenty of board and card games as well as table top miniatures. Shame there's no reward system. I want a card that levels up the more i spend!

Sadly not worth the journey for board gamers. Very limited range of stock in-shop, most of which is kept in the window and is severely sun-damaged (to the point of the boxes being illegible in some cases). Clearly more a minis/TCG store.Edit: In light of the impressively prompt response from the store this review received, I just wanted to clarify a few things.Firstly, my review is from the point of view of a non-local customer predominantly interested in board games, who attended the physical store with the hope of finding a game to purchase while also supporting a FLGS (which I prefer to do over buying from the bigger online retailers). For this purpose I found the store to be below par compared to my previous experiences elsewhere (not locally), hence the review score - which may indeed have been higher were I interested in MtG singles or GW products, but those perspectives are already well-represented here by other reviewers.In the same vein, my review is not in any way a comment on LvL Up's online store service or warehouse stock. Having looked at the online store, it does seem to have a much better range and prices are broadly competitive, but as the staff member in store didn't speak to me during my ~15 minute visit, I wasn't aware of the online store or warehouse at the time.I certainly agree that tinting the front window would help reduce sun damage (though probably not great from a store visibility point of view), but with the store stocking many different TCG/CCGs and the outer packaging of those products generally being disposable, my personal solution would be to sacrifice a few booster packs to the sun god instead, rather than the relatively expensive items we board gamers want to adorn our living spaces with!Finally, I just want to applaud the store's response to my initial review - very respectful of my opinion, while ensuring they got their fair shout in turn. Best of luck going forward - I won't be back, but I certainly hope the store continues to find success in its niche.

This is the UK's greatest store for all board game lovers! No one can imagine how grateful I am to the store team! I'm in England on vacation, and I didn't even think that I would bring Warhammer miniatures home. The best idea was to go to Warhammer Tottenham in London, take a photo, and maybe, if were lucky and it is in stock, buy Angron. I didn’t set a larger budget for my hobby this month. Then a friend sent me a link to this store, asking me to order Canonness Veridian for him. And now, with shaking hands, I’m adding Lord Of Skills to my cart!!! And he's coming to me at an amazing price! Although Royal Mail delivery was not 48 hours as in its name, but about 96 hours, everything arrived perfectly packaged and I appreciated this customer care! You guys are the best, bravo! On my next visits I already know where I’ll order new miniatures! All the best!

Bought from a few times in the past no problem.Recently through ebay would not honour or make right their combined postage policy.Shaun gave the impression they now treat their eBay customers with contempt, and the negative reviews are starting to reflect.Might be better with direct customers but why not aim to be professional in all aspects.No wish now to ever visit or go direct, even if it was a positive experience (which I doubt from experience) it'll already be soured.Edit: Big company stands up to the little guy. Review of the online store only - I've never been to the physical store. Reasonable prices but be careful if you pre-order. I ordered a new starter deck for the One Piece TCG but cancelled due to a new ban list. I emailed Lvl up way before it was due to be sent and was told that I'd be fined 10% of processing fees. This was not visible on the website when I placed the order. I've never been charged for cancelling a pre-order before so it's definitely put me off buying again or visiting

Best 40k stock I have ever seen in a physical store, also very appreciate of any shops that still sells singles. The system of finding their singles stock on their computer was so efficient and a blessing to use. Only wish I lived closer so this could be my local store.
