Santi has just updated our computers, printers and iphones so they now work as they should. He is technically brilliant and completely trustworthy. Good communicator and timekeeper. Strongly recommended.

We had some tech issues during expanding the business and thankfully found Santi's details on google. We found he had an exceptionally calm and humble approach to fixing problems with my email server and Mac mail. He was efficient and flexible and able to fix our problems remotely which was super convenient for us. He provided valuable advice and has fantastic knowledge and was able to help with various IT problems which have bothered me for years.

I can not recommend this company highly enough if you are having IT issues. The service I received - all done remotely - was excellent. Santi was available constantly until the issues I had were solved. He was happy to work unconventional hours to see it through. The short term fix was successful and the long term planning to improve my set-up was practical and very sensitive to the my needs both work-wise and budget-wise. This company possess a rare quality - they really listen to the client. They are also excellent at explaining technical issues to the lay person very clearly and succinctly. I can't fault the service in any way.

I would highly recommend Santiago. I was recently hacked and found Santiago not only to be extremely knowledgeable about internet security and computers, he is also an excellent communicator. In a slow, step by step manner he was able to talk me, who knows little about the IT world, through what had happened, how he was fixing it and making recommendations that he felt were probably necessary to keep my system safe.

If I ever have any questions or issues relating in any way to IT, Santi is the first person I think of. He’s incredibly patient, understanding, and always does his very best to understand the issue holistically, thinking of what will best fit my needs and how to most effectively help me long-term. He is incredibly caring and truly has a passion for everyone he works with. I couldn’t recommend anyone more than him.
