I had watched some of Steve's flat roofing videos on YouTube and emailed him with a technical question regarding ventilation in my roof.Steve took the time to respond to my query the next day with a video response, so he could talk through the photo I had sent him.Fantastic knowledge of roofing and clearly an expert in his field.

I contacted Steven about the roof of a potential house purchase we were looking at. I sent a picture of a flat roof extension to query his opinion. Based on this single picture Steven engaged in conversation and gave me extremely valuable insights to any potential issues with the roof and also which aspects I should worry about / not worry about. It was clear from our conversing that Steven was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing and was able to clearly explain the different aspects in a clear and concise way. Should you want expertise in any type of roofing I'm confident Steven would be the person to employ.

I live in the US and out of 5 calls to roofing companies, no one called me back. I watched all of Steven's Youtube videos on working with flat roofs and found them all very informative. I thought why not email Steven with my questions, not really expecting to hear back since he is in London and I'm in California. I was really thrilled when I received an email from him right away.
