R G Cole Kitchens Ltd

Spent a long time getting quotes for kitchens in order to find one that suited us best. We don't have a massive amount to spend so needed something that looks good but lasts.Orginally i went to the elm park branch and the lady was very nice. She said that someone from the Grays branch would come and measure. This all happened reasonably quickly and we went to the grays shop to get our quote etc. Although it was a little over my budget the 'salesman' kind of sold it to me. We got a free dishwasher and also was told as a final touch he would come round and fit the splashback, and a cutlery tray. Great i thought.We had the kitchen fitted, the fitter andy was fantasic and really reasonably priced. Was very tidy and clean. The kitchen looks good... the only little thing I'm disappointed in is we're now being charged for the splash back. Myself and my parents who who i took with me was under the same impression as me that by saying ' the final touch would be me (the salesman) will come and see if your happy and to fit the splashback as a final touch' was under the impression that it come as part of the kitchen. We're now having to pay £134. It's not a massive amount but it should be made clear that this would be an additional charge and not just a final touch from RG cole.

Not proffesional. Didn't even email me a quote. Complete waste of my time. Obviously wasn't spending enough!

Very pleased with my new kitchen. All the work was done to schedule and all the tradesmen were excellent. Staff were always available to answer questions. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Fantastic service from start to finish, we had a kitchen completely ripped out, redesigned and fitted by RG Coles, the workmanship and finish is superb.The electrician, plasterer, fitters and floorer were very professional and worked to an extremely high standard, we have been left with a fantastic kitchen.I would certainly recommend R G Coles if you are looking to upgrade your kitchen, there work ethic is something that a lot of these bigger kitchen companies lack.

Not professional people at all. Contacted them on March, they said they gonna do my wardrobe in April. Then I kept chase Jamie to contact me to do the contract. They gave me the date for May. Paid the deposit, keep calling them to send servayer, one week to installation date they sent servayer and now they say I have to wait one more month as they are fully booked. Unfortunately I have to wait for them to come and fit the wardrobe otherwise I would've cancel it. I don't recommend them to anyone. They are not professional at all.

Absolutely awful I purchased a kitchen which when it arrived was the wrong one but I accepted it.All the cupboards have blown the quality is awful. I then also purchased fitted bedroom furniture in white gloss and then again all blown and cracked.I asked for it to be repaired and they charged me because it was out of guarantee.I expect when paying thousands of pounds for furniture to last more than three years. Do not buy from Them!
