We have been very happy with the service received during the sale of our house and would definitely recommend. Glenn and Ivan were very responsive at all times and stayed on top of the sale. They worked well together and whilst our main contact after a buyer was found was Glenn we found that they kept each other up to date well. Any issues were worked through and they went above and beyond in dealing with both sides of the chain. Wouldn't consider any other estate agent locally.

We have worked with Glenn and Ivan at Edmund in Orpington twice now - once as buyers and once as sellers. We would not hesitate to recommend them. They know the local market very well and provide very responsive and personal service. We have always felt that they were working hard for us and in some cases went above and beyond what we would have expected. Ivan was great. I know poeple say any estate agent can take photos and post to Right Move. But once you have a buyer - keeping everything moving, making sure both sides were informed and following up and what needed to happen and when - was a huge benefit. I don't believe every estate agent would do that and Ivan did it exceptionally well.

Mr Ivan Epps and Glenn have been of great help in our recent sale of independent detached house at Orpington. Given we live outside the country, the whole process of putting the house on sale to exchange of contracts has been managed by them without any hassle.
