5 star for The shops!1 star for The car Park Exit & entrance design! Queing for up to 30min today just to exit the Stane Retail Park. I believe there’s room for good will & massive improvement!

Took 45 mins to get out as a one-way system for a retail park of this size is beyond useless. The environment has clearly not been thought about as there were dozens of cars idling and massive heat retention on hot days.

Greggs I feel has loss it's attraction....many times I have gone to this one and I feel the food / pastries are stale. Their food used to be very fresh but I dont find this anymore. I have stopped going. It's definitely cheap but who wants stale food!!

Friday afternoon, car park quite quiet. Still It took over an hour to leave the carpark. I will never return here.

Not very busy. Went into M&S spent too much money on clothes but worth it. It was not very busy lots of parking.Visited Sainsburys they have changed their clothes supplier quite expensive ok if you are going out for a special night they have back on their own brands which is dissapointing

Love the shops but my God the whole entrance and exit design is one of the worst I've ever witnessed. Long queues are caused because there's only one entrance and one exit and if you're stuck, it means you'll be there for at least 30-40 mins if lucky!! Whoever designed this should not be given another retail park project to design!!

The retail park itself is good. Clean and plenty of parking.Getting in and out is a nightmare.Whoever planned this park needs shooting. 40 minutes to get out. Never again on a Saturday.Getting in was just as bad.The road network , roundabouts and entrances to the A12 cannot cope with the volume of traffic.

Lovely shops but just took us over an hour to leave after parking by M&S today.So hot and had our 3 year old Grandson with us.Only recently moved to area and didn’t realise the ongoing problems.This really needs some attention.

The entrance and exit is the most shameful design known to man. Who ever thought this was a great design needs to go back to school.Writing this review whilst trying to get out, been stationary for over 20 minutes, what does that say about the environment! Totally unacceptable.

Stane Park is a great place with some great shops, including a brilliant Marks and Spencer with a fine Cafe and a really handy Aldi. The only drawback is the carpark gets really busy at weekends and the traffic flow system has not been fully thought through. To save getting stuck in a jam, it is better to approach from the North than the South.
