I took my Janome sewing machine in for a service & repair of a couple of issues which I'd been struggling with for too long. Dropped it off on Tuesday & delivered back to me on Thursday! Excellent service, very reasonable price, can't praise enough, wish I'd taken it sooner & wouldn't hesitate to use again.

You will not find a better shop than this! Very knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to help. Best selection of machines and for people like me who are beginners, more than generous with advise. One last thing, great prices too!!

Extremely happy with the service. Took my Singer Confidence in for service and repair. Was fixed quickly (within 4 days including wknd!). Both members of staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. My machine now works like a dream. I actually think it’s better than when I bought it new 3 years ago. I would highly recommend this place for anyone to get their machine serviced or repaired. Price was very reasonable too. Very very happy. Thank you so much.

Took my Brother sewing machine in which was misbehaving and not sewing as it should, serviced spool pin replaced as it was broken and done in less than a week. Great service, what a gem to have locally.

Mr. Berry is so helpful. I was having an issue with my sewing machine and was advised to buy a a walking foot which was quite an expensive purchase but it has made my sewing look so much more professional and a joy as opposed something to get stressed about. The sewing machine no longer lives in the cupboard but is now used more or less every day. Three generations of our family have purchased and maintained our sewing machines at Arcade Sewing Machines. I wouldn't go anywhere else and am going to purchase an overlocker from Mr Berry in the coming months.
