If you are looking for external insulation I would recommend Ecotex to anybody. The price was competitive and the finished product is excellent and I was kept informed all through the work. The team worked very hard and left the property neat and tidy at the end of every day they were here. They even matched the colour we wanted to existing buildings on our property. Excellent service from an established company. Ecotex rendered my parent's house 25 years ago and the finish was as good when we sold the property 2 years ago as it was when it was done, which is why we chose to ask them to do a similar job on our house.Work was started expeditiously and continued apace while the weather was good. What a fabulous job Ecotex made of remodelling and rendering our house. It is a 1930’s Art Deco style property that was looking very old and tired, with faded, cracked and lumpy render.But now transformed!Tight crisp lines, edges and corners catch the sunlight and flat even surfaces evoke images of 1930s France and 1950s Miami. On viewing the finished work, a building surveyor friend uttered one word, “Spectacular” he said; and so it is.High praise to the guys on the job for the work they carried out with such enthusiasm. They were skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone was so easy to work with, paid attention to every detail and were always flexible in their approach.Adam ran the job smoothly and efficiently, backed up by Matt, Richard, Lee and others.A lot of consideration was given to being tidy; the windows and the ground surrounding the house were always masked and a good couple of days were given over to painting brick work, cleaning windows, gravel, gutters and downpipes at the end of the job: much thanks to you all, you are a credit to Ecotex.Before the work started Brian and I discussed all the design and build elements, we worked out how best to construct a new front door canopy in Art Deco style and to create a horizontal band to run around the house. Kath at the office worked on logistics and made sure that everything went to schedule so that, despite the rain and the sun and seasonal holidays the work was completed as planned.I checked a number of firms over a three-year period before selecting Ecotex; I’m so glad I did my research and, if you heed my words and use this company, you will be happy too: not to mention, it was an excellent price!
