Good to see the actual items, restricted range of products on show and no prices available as it is trade only" but I was given a ballpark cost when I asked about costs however it turned out to be very wrong when my builder checked

The Howdens in King’s Lynn are amazing, I had a problem with my wine cooler that was a manufacturer’s fault, when I contacted Howdens I spoke with Andrew the manager who was amazing, he got an engineer out as soon as he could, the engineer came to my house complied with all the Covid safety measures, he was brilliant. Howdens then replaced the faulty unit for a brand new one. I would highly recommend this Branch they are so knowledgeable and all the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond.

Great service.,but don't get the flat matt doors. Was told they would not leave marks just wipe with a damp cloth. Had these a month and already look a mess can't get marks of.

Thank you Howdens in Kings Lynn for restoring my faith in after-sales Customer Service! We used Howdens to install our new kitchen nearly 4 years ago. At the time we were pleased with the brilliant service - first class advice from helpful staff to design and install a kitchen with which we have been delighted (virtually living in it for the past 4 years!). When the dishwasher developed a fault three weeks ago, I contacted them for advice on the problem or a contact that might repair it. Despite being out of the 3 yr warranty, Howdens very kindly agreed to send an engineer out. The problem was speedily identified and repaired within 10 days and without charge! One less dishwasher dumped unnecessarily at the tip! Excellent service Howdens ..... thank you so much.
