Jodie has not only increased my fitness but my confidence with the gym/working out. When I first joined I had never stepped foot into a gym from my own anxiety and had no clue how to use any of the equipment. Jodie made me feel extremely comfortable and actually look forward to our sessions every week. She has her own private gym and personalises the workouts to you, which makes me confident using all of the machines and try new things!She is patient, kind and funny while still pushing you to your limits to be the best version of you. I now have been going once a week for months and wouldn’t change it for the world! I would and do recommend Jodie to all of my friends!

Jodie is amazing.I started with Jodie about 3.5 years ago and had some time off in between. Went back and she was really supportive to get me back to where I want to be. Never any pressure, but she gets results. In my opinion there is no better place to work out.

I visited Jodie for a massage after hurting my neck and shoulder.Jodie fitted me in within a couple of days of my enquiry.After the 60minute treatment the pain in my neck and shoulder had gone within a couple of hours.I have just had my 2nd appointment and my shoulder and neck feel great.Highly recommendThank you Jodie

My fitness journey has been totally transformed by Jodie. My upper body strength was weak and we have been working to improve it. With a carefully crafted programme I am thrilled with what I can now achieve. The care and attention to detail in each programme means sessions are enjoyable and I always leave with a sense of achievement. As a runner the strength training complements the running and has made me stronger with much better stamina. The sessions are also planned around you. And if I have a big race I swap one of my twice a week sessions for a stretch session. I whole heartedly recommend J V Fitness for your fitness journey . I have learned too that your age is no barrier; at 60 I am still getting stronger and fitter thanks to the support and dedication shown to me at each session.Still getting PB’s too.
