Excel Martial Arts

I've been training at Excel for a number of years now and I can honestly say it has changed my life, I've learned so much about how to be healthier in both my mind and body.I was quite ill about 7 years ago and was told that the chances of me being able to be as active as I am now we're very slim, through the coaching I've had at Excel, the changes I've made in my lifestyle and approach to my wellbeing, I'm healthier and happier than I was before.I've also made loads of new friends and gained my confidence back

My daughter (age 5) and I have both been training at Excel for about a year and it's absolutely fantastic! For me it's the absolute best stress relief around- the coaches are brilliant and the environment is so welcoming. Classes are varied and run at a great pace. My daughter loves the mini strike classes and has come on leaps and bounds in the year she has been attending especially in terms of focus and confidence alongside martial arts skills.

What a dynamic place for all age groups,it's such a clean well run establishment confidence soars after every lesson it's not just about the martial arts though,there is alot going on here from dancing,to gymnastics,and the parent interaction is astounding on the mats during lessons seriously give this place a good look you won't be disappointed blessings tal also fantastic disabled access and toilets top notch infact

My daughter has been attending Excel now for the past year.The sessions have an amazing atmosphere and all the instructors are fantastic and really accommodating to all age groups.My daughters confidence has grown so much. The classes are focused on confidence, respect, friendships and much more which is so important at all ages.My daughter constantly has a smile on her faces though out ever class.I highly recommend Excel Martial Art

Growing up I was always bullied at school and never really had the courage to stand up for myself or talk about it. I wanted my children to become more confident and have the skills to defend themselves if they had to.My boys Daniel and Dominic joined Excel Martial arts in 2021. After seeing their success, I have joined the ladies kick-boxing class, and never looked back since. I have tried many things, but I am not a gym person. This is the first exercise I thoroughly enjoy. All the coaches were very friendly, professional, and they made us feel welcomed straight away.I love the fact that my boys keeping active, growing in confidence and having fun at the same time. They made lots of friends with whom they enjoy going for other excel events like Jump inc., or Halloween, and cannot wait to go for their first summer camp.If you want your children to do something meaningful, stay active, make friends and learn life skills Excel is the right place for you.

My Son & Daughter have been going here for 3 months now and they love it. It’s a great place for families and individuals who what to excel in life and do something so rewarding learning martial arts and also being confident in yourself.From day 1 it feels like you are part of a family, they make you feel so welcome. I can’t recommend Excel enough - the coaches are so supportive and encourage all the students to do their best.There is a true community at Excel and everyone is treated equally.If you are in doubt - believe me, give it a try!

My daughter joined Excel martial arts about two years ago. When she joined she was not very confident, and not very happy. Since she joined excel martial arts she became a completely different person, very happy, confident, and full of energy. If you are a parent and thinking of joining excel martial arts I would say it is the best investment you make. They have the best staff. They make you feel like they only have your child, they follow the kids very closely, they encourage children when they feel they are losing their enthusiasm and make them feel proud of every achievement they make. Absolutely amazing place !!! All staff are amazing!!!! My daughter as been there 4 months and the difference in her is fantastic alot more confident and loves every training session.I can not recommend this place enough fantastic place.....
