American & UK Nails

Came for the first time a few weeks ago as my regular place was busy. Good chatty staff here! Did have to wait a while but to be expected as I was a walk-in. Had 2 acrylics repaired as they had broken and the repairs were a bit wonky. Had some white tips and the finish wasn't that neat. Overall good but I'd stay with my main nail place

I came in for a full set of nails and the guy was to busy smoking and completely ruined my nails when I said you have rushed these and they are all a funny shape he shouted across the shop that he has done nails over 10 years! I would not recommend! Holly wood nails in burton do a much better job!

Wife just came back from here, very unhappy man's attitude was awful telling her to pick a colour then said she wouldnt have that one etc, these nails were ment to be flowers and are not, she's had them done for holiday and is going to be removing then tonight not happy

So terrible wouldnt come here they rush ur nails, had mine on a week and 3 have already come off, worst set of acrylics ive ever had in my life!

Have been going for months, never a problem however yesterday's visit was a different story unfortunately.Nails are okay but the rudeness from the member off staff, could be owner or manager was vile. Went in to ask how much it would cost so I could go to the bank, he told me the price of nails and toes which then I tried to add up but I have had math skills and was out by a couple of quid which then he snapped at me NO £27" while rolling his eyes. I reluctantly went back after going to the bank because I didn't want to miss my appointment as I am going away.He began my nails and HE cut my finger however blamed me. Then he gave my son who's not even 2 yet 4 lollipops after I said he could have ONE I repeated myself and he carried on giving him then which made my son sick.That man has ALWAYS been cocky and spoke to people poorly including staff and customers

I was recommended here by my friend (who has been coming for 9 years!). I was not disappointed. My nails are now stunning and Danny, my nail technician is really good. Fascinating to watch your nails be created and therapeutic, so relaxing. I recommend them 100%

Another awesome set of nails by Tim and the guys there. Always perfect. Definitely recommend booking appointments as they get very busy with 'walk ins'
