I booked an appointment with them for some plumbing work at my home. Confirmed with them the day before! I took the day off- early in the morning get a call for a plumber that he doesnt do the work asked of him. They said they would send a replacement. When you call their service there are a bunch of associates who basically do nothing - say they will call back, dont apologize and just make you wait! I wouldnt recommend their service to anyone if time is of the essence! I obviously couldn't get to that because no one showed up!

Had a leaking faucet in bathtub. Called SW15 Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they sent Ben to my house. Service was great, Ben was very nice and a pleasure to work with! Got the job done and fast!

Very professional, beni was respectful of our house, he put booties on when entering. Opened up the wall with surgical precision, found the leak and repaired it. He also reduced the price after discovering a smaller job than originally thought. I would use them again!

My room was flooded. I tried calling many plumbing companies in Putney, but most of them did not give a free estimate and were not available for a few days.They walked me through everything and answer a million of my questions. They helped file my insurance claim and connected me with the right people with non-related plumbing work. This was my first leaking issue so I was worried, anxious and everything combined. Victor and Kenny made me feel at ease and walked me through everything I need to know. They were very caring and honest about their work. I really appreciated them. With the quickest service and a great price, I would recommend. I will be calling them in the future if I need anymore plumbing work.

Called out for a suspected gas leak at 21:30 and Jordan arrived within 30 minutes. Fantastic service, problem was sorted within the hour and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended and will use again in the future.

Great service. Beni answered right away during an emergency and got the job done. It is a rental property so it was even more of a concern that my tenants regain hot water. It wound up being a smaller issue than i had anticipated. The price was more than reasonable considering the fact that I asked he make it a priority to get to the residence to make sure they did not go without hot water. He was there and got the hot water back on within 20 minutes of me calling.

I use SW15 Plumbing on all my communities for their Backflow Inspections. They are a wonderful firm to work with, always professional and knowledgeable and they get the work done the first time.

They answered my call right away at 7 AM and were able to schedule the service the same day. Service was provided by David, who was gracious to crawl to the water shut-off in our basement - thank you David! David was very nice, professional and found time to complete some extra repairs that I did not request initially. I highly recommend David as your plumber. Thanks guys!
