We have been lucky enough to get Jon round to help with some garden maintenance, and boy are we glad we did.Not only does Jon have the extensive knowledge of plants and how to care for them, his ethos is to do this in an ecological manner, to ensure plants and wildlife thrive.His superb attention to detail and high quality of work does not compromise the quantity of work he is able to achieve in the timescales given.In addition to the excellent work carried out, he is an all-round nice chap, and very interesting to chat with.

Beorn has improved some very untidy areas and made them much easier for me to manage. If I tell him what I want doing in advance he will research thoroughly before tackling each task. He has given 2 wisteria and a neglected greengage a hair cut, they now look so much better and healthier. The rose beds look great and he's in the process of developing a new one. Lots of neglected plants in pots are now in the ground and thriving. He listens to what I want, advises and takes advice. Very pleased I met him and hope to continue working with him.

Beorn is so professional and hardworking.His expertise with plants and his eco credentials are definitely the way forward, looking after our planet and combining horticulture with wildlife.He does everything he says on the tin! (van)

We contacted Jon to come and winterize our garden which has been regliected for the last few years so he really had his work cut out for him. The transformation is amazing. Beorn provided a brilliant service redesigning my garden, which had become a semi-wilderness. He worked extremely hard to rid it of couch grass and weeds, cut back overgrown plants, pruned roses and flowering shrubs, replanted some roses, bushes and bulbs in more appropriate places where they can grow and thrive. He also created a new composting space and sourced manure to provide a mulch. He only uses natural methods of gardening, with no weedkiller or artificial fertilisers which is what I wanted. He consulted me throughout to ensure I was happy with his proposals to bring this garden back to life. I look forward to the next stages, creating a garden full of pollinator friendly flowers and plants. I can highly recommend him.
