Not happy at all after purchasing a car dealing with this garage , picked this car up with a part ex of my carCar had not a drop of petrol in it and was told garage is a mile up the roadCar had dents scratches a broken rear light and broken glove box and broken middle compartment was told they will send me a new glove boxDrove this car back home around 50 miles and the engines didn’t feel right , took this car to garage .was in and out of garages for 3 weeks with broken cam sharftBroken steering suspensionOil leakBold inner tyresBreak pads 80 percent warnWas informed of several faults with the engine and told the car hasn’t had a service for around 50 thousand milesOh and also the spare key had a dead batteryInformed harry and told him I ain’t having the car and returnIt’s took two months with them arguing the condition of the car when returns for me to finally get some where and retrieve my part exchange value for my old carHad the car for a good month and never received a log book and was never put on as a registered keeperBottom line stay well clear of this garage it’s a shambles selling cars to people with family’s with baby’s to drive around in such poor condition carsWould highly advise to not use .

Purchased a Audi from SB Car Sales yesterday it was the up most exceptional customer service experience ever had in a car dealership. The car was just as described in the advertisement and explained over the phone. The sales team was so helpful and understanding and really friendly group of guys, i would highly recommend this dealership for anyone and everyone. Thank you for my beautiful car. Man called Sam who runs it. Has kept me waiting for 3 weeks for a reply! I asked him 3 weeks ago about getting work done on my car which he told me he would get back to me about but he’s completely ignored me. Thereafter I messaged him AGAIN about getting work done and all he done was get very rude and all of a sudden only 3 weeks down the line he NOW decides to tell me the garage is a different number! Customer service is most definitely not their strongest point, that’s for sure.

I visited S&B Car Sales in Heston. This site is more of a Car Repair centre. Dealing with staff was difficult as not enough space and Sam Dealing with multi customers.I have been in Motor Trade for 12 years and had done my own checks on the Nissan Pulsar. I did buy the car. Heston staff try their best.

So all my application was sortrd by choose my car .... Application was all approved. Gave all my bank details signed forms They got through to this company sorted out a car for me, but as soon as this company found out my address, which was a caravan site, my application was denied so they discriminate against gipsies. I will take my money somewhere else to a lender The Don't Discriminate against someone's culture

Working with harry was an absolute pleasure! He was extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Bmw took about a week. The best part – he stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this garage, if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile.

Very welcoming and professional from the outset, had a quick test drive of an Audi A4 and was very happy with the vehicle after doing some basic checks. The car had been maintained well and had just been serviced. Pleasure dealing with them.

The vehicle had begun showing a red oil pressure light. This was diagnosed by SB Car Sales as an issue with the timing chain, as well as a snapped coil spring. In addition to this, the misfire on the vehicle had not been resolved since being in the hands of the garage. The car was returned to SB car sales on the 9th January for repairs. I had very little communication from the garage, and my faith in the integrity of the car had dwindled. When needing an update, I have had to initiate contact every time. The date for me to collect the car had been changed on 3 separate occasions, with the garage extending the scheduled time of repair. I have had to pay to stay in London throughout all this as I was originally told it would be a three day repair..I then requested a full refund in which they took weeks to pay me back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Brought a car a few months ago, the engine has now had it and they refuse to act under the consumer rights act, tried several times to sort it and they are not interested DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY they’re a shame, leave you out of pocket and laugh in your face!
