Lower Moorend View Caravan Site

Have visited here a few times now and have not been disappointed yet. Great area very peaceful with amazing views. Dan and Natalia are very welcoming. A dog friendly site. Toilet block heated and always clean. Will definitely be coming back. If you are after a peaceful relaxed visit you should definitely give them a call

A nature lovers heaven! Spectacular scenery, peaceful and a warm friendly welcome. All pitches are level hard standing, with electric hook-up and water point on all pitches. Well maintained site with 2 good pubs nearby, one of them very close and both dog friendly. We will be back as soon as we can.

Me and my. Wife and kids stayed here for 3 nights and was really amazing super quite friendly and professional... The kids had a amazing time natt is amazing... Super clean toilets and close to lots off things u need.... Will definitely be back 5 star.... Thanks Ricky and family

The hosts were not friendly when we arrived in fact they were quite rude.Whilst we were putting the awning up the host came over and rudely said she would be back soon to collect the money.The price was incorrect and increased from £18 a night to £20, even though the website stated £18 per night.Additional adults were charged at £7.50 per night not £2 as stated (and pictured on the website)We were told that if the website is incorrect, we should tell them (as if we could have known it was out of date, no one compares the prices for a single place across websites). When speaking to the host regarding the price and how it was different from the website we were told we had a discount because they usually charge extra adults at £10 per night.One of the hosts way of speaking to paying customers was disgusting.The only good thing was that the toilets were clean. However if you used more than 3 squares of toilet paper they toilets clog up.We will definitely not be staying here again!

Last minute booking made over the phone with Natalia. Payment made quickly via bank transfer.Weather forecast was atrocious (100% heavy rain). Arrived and we given a choice of the perfectly level pitches. The weather forecast was correct but managed a dry walk to the quirky Yew Tree Inn Friday evening. Very friendly customers and staff who welcomed our dog with biscuits too.Saturday was a complete washout but a pie and mash meal at the pub went down well.Toilets on the site were clean and tidy.Although we didn't really see the owners over the weekend we saw Natalia as we left. She apologised for not speaking earlier, but we were fine and assured her that we would definitely be revisiting on a nicer weekend. Lovely peaceful place with great views. Highly recommended.

Great small campsite. Clean, great views, clean toilet, perfect hard standing and a wonderful chatty owner. It’s perfectly quiet, and away from the main road. Only reason I docked 1 star is that there is not the option not to have electric hook up. If they had 2 price rates for electric and No electric , it would be a solid 5 stars. I will be going here again.

Perfect stay! Wonderful friendly hosts, spotless toilets and stunning views! Highly recommended and we will be returning!
