Lovely team, I received two vaccines today (flu and covid) with the greatest care. Straightforward sign up process and short waiting times.

I attended the pharmacy for my Covid booster jab. The staff were polite and friendly. The procedure was fully explained to me. The person who administered the jab made sure that I was alright before I left.

I’m highly disappointed by the behaviour of receiver and the old woman who was working there for her unnecessary and cheap personal questions I’m not happy from the staff it’s my experience after flu vaccination that they don’t know how to welcome or say by to the customer they asked me very very cheap questions that’s not regarding their field and concern im requesting to NHS plz polish the senior staff and pharmacist through regular online as well as face to face workshops and trainings plz avoid giving chance to students to practice at till for receiving the patients they don’t have manners to treat people and deal them well im highly dissatisfied from the services
