Somehow our holiday excursions got cancelled. We were unable to get help until chance got us communication with TUI Kirkcaldy. The Manager unravelled the problem and reinstated. Can’t speak too highly of TUI Kirkcaldy. They did what they promised. Well done.

Great help and amazing service from Katie. She managed to sort the booking as well as the airport parking even when it was past the closing time. First time we have booked with TUI Kirkcaldy, will definitely book with Katie and TUI again.

Had an amazing experience in Tui Kirkcaldy last month, didn’t know what I was expecting but all the girls were so lovely and helpful. Thank you laura for sorting everything for us, had an amazing holiday with help of her extensive expertise. Definitely will be back!

5 star service from Katie. We were looking for a holiday that had plenty of things to do but also places to lie back and relax and she showed us a variety of options and specifications as well as activities and airport parking. She also looked into parking at the hotel in case we decide we would like to hire a car whilst out there. Lastly she put our kind at ease in regards to travel insurance and sorted it out for us before we left. Will definitely book with Katie and TUI again!

Having used TUI Kirkcaldy to book all our holidays we set another challenge for Cheryl to find us two holidays with all our requirements and within budget. Once again Cheryl has used her extensive knowledge and expertise to find us exactly what we were looking for. The staff are all friendly and welcoming but Cheryl is our fave!
