Daughter used a gift card and drink was 2p short I offered 2p in cash but they wouldn’t accept it? Card only! Is this really what we have come to. Please keep using cash or we will lose it. Starbucks it’s been nice knowing you….

Went to Starbucks last night after work and ordered a cold brew and it tasted off and had bits in it. Tried to approach the professional guy that was in between sitting down talking and looking like he was trying to keep busy but was definitely not approachable. I go often and never have a problem but this guy was rude and completely oblivious!

Me and my partner went for an afternoon coffee here while we were shopping, ok firstly we can't use cash cos apparently Starbucks is now cashless, hmmm used other stores with no issue so clearly a lie, no signs or anything to say card only payments. Coffee was nice I agree but the service by children is a bit undesirable, they don't really seem to know what they are doing and standing around chatting and giggling on their phones is a clear sign they were not mature enough to run this place, clearly Starbucks only want to pay child labour rates, shameful. Now the toilets, disgusting is putting it politely, toilet roll on the floor, no soap and clearly need some upgrading required I will not recommend this establishment or use it again.

lovely new revamp , store looks amazing!unfortunately it stops there.As a barista myself , I’m often rather understanding of minor mistakes in coffee etc , but for £4 , the coffee is just chucked together no attempt at latte art whatsoever and the coffee was barely full!For a coffee chain such as this I expected much better.

Really bad management. Close whenever they like. Suppose to open until 7pm today but they decide to close at 4pm. This is not the first time and this is not acceptable.

Filthy inside and outside. Visited at 10am so no excuses, every table was sticky and filthy and floor disgusting. Plus bins outside are a health hazard

The worst starbs ever. Consistently slow service, even when not busy. Toilets are more disgusting than usual starbucks toilets. Every time ive been they have ran out of oat milk/blonde roast which is literally what i get. I hate this place with a passion. Bad vibes

this store is a disaster and it’s a direct result of management having zero respect for their employees.there is never enough staff anymore because 23.5 degrees (the franchise) are too cheap. so the ones who ARE there are stressed and overworked. the baristas are going home in tears because they can’t manage it all and they’re not supported. i’m not sure the manager really does anything at all, apart from of course, making the employees cry!absolutely awful company, and i can speak to that from experience.

Whoever incharge of this Starbucks, very well done. Everytime I went there, either they decide to close early or taking 30min to make my coffee. Excellent management, very very well done to the manager.
