Rubbish service ordered a float switch switch was supposed to arrive on the 39th December. Said it was delivered to a name just Taylor no address, no message through the door we were all in. Do not use very poor. So basically I've been robbed !

Absolutely awful service. Considering my company is looking to spend £10,000+ with Trebles, I am genuinely shocked at the level of service. 4 promises of a call back, nothing from them in nearly 2 days and, the last person I spoke to actually 'had a go' at me about my enquiry. How are they still in business?

Very poor attitude to customer service, almost as if they can't be bothered, if its this bad when you're trying to give them money I can't imagine what they're like when there's problems! Pass thanks!
