From initial booking call through to actual treatment my 16yr old daughter had a friendly and professional experience. Very impressed, worth the £75 for the look of joy on my daughters face to get perfect hearing restored after removal of ear wax. Thank you abigail and team.... would happily return and recommend to others (in fact I already have!).

I made an appointment to see Abigail as I knew that I would be glad of expert advice from an audiologist as I have a few ear-related problems. The arrangement of a 15-minute initial consultation worked well for me and we made an appointment for microsuction. That microsuction appointment went very smoothly with Abigail explaining everything, and giving me advice on my ear care. My ears haven’t felt so clear for ages, and we discussed how between us we can keep them that way. I will certainly be pleased to return to the practice as and when necessary, so thank you to everybody.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 5 STAR SERVICE!As a 37 year old I have never given it two thoughts of getting my ears tested so was clueless as to how to go about it and like anything, with lack of knowledge and experience, there is a tendency put things off.I decided to pick up the phone and book an appointment after a bad cold that triggered some ear ache, so I wanted to make sure everything was ok.If you're anything like me, as I get older, I think when it comes to your health its better to be preventative than reactive. So I thought I'd book myself in for an Ear MOT.The whole process was seamless for me.From when I called up to make the appointment, the polite lady on the phone was very helpful, put me at ease, took me through a questionnaire so I didn't need to do it when I attended, (It was already filled out for me) to taking me through the process. I was grateful of this so thank you.Then when I attended the appointment, the lady on reception was lovely, friendly and warm. She offered me a drink and then I waited on some comfy sofas before my appointment with Abigail. I like the vibe in the place, it's very relaxing, comfortable and cosy. I say this because we can think of these places as being weird and clinical sometimes which can put people off. This is the opposite :)Then I had my amazing session with Abigail which was AWESOME! I'm quite inquisitive and like to ask lots of questions to which I got every one answered with details.The tests for an inexperiences person like me, admittedly were a bit daunting as I didn't know how healthy my ears were so I was nervous I wont lie. My wife tells me I have selective hearing but Abigail wasn't willing to get involved in this debate lol. Understandable.I then got a full report afterwards taking me through it in great detail which brought reassurance.Turns out, there isn't an official diagnosis for selective hearing and I had to go home and break the news to my wife that my hearing was 10/10!Thank you again for such an enjoyable experience.I shall be making this a regular appointment for my Ear MOT for the rest of my life now.

Excellent service. Very friendly and efficient. Abigail the Audiologist was very reassuring and explained very thoroughly, gave me advice on how to proceed with my problem. I would recommend them very highly.

Could barely hear anything on arrival due to a wax build up in both ears.20 minutes later the problem was totally solved. It felt amazing to get home and be able to hear my cat purring again!The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Abigail is professional and extremely good at her job. Overall very happy with the service - £75 reasonable too considering I had a couple of quotes over £100 when I was looking around!

I visited Arnold Hearing Specialists initially for a triage appointment to find out about a hearing problem and I was booked back in for wax removal in my right ear. I would like to say Abigail was amazing and she also helped me with an issue I had with my left ear. I returned for my treatment and I can't thank Abigail enough as I am about to go on a flight and she really helped me out. Also a massive thankyou to both ladies on reception. I would 100 percent recommend anyone to visit if they are having ear problems they are amazing.

I visited the hearing centre this morning as I'd had a horrible blocked ear and needed to have the wax removed.The receptionist was very helpful when I booked on the phone yesterday and on arrival at the clinic, she was very pleasant and friendly.Abigail removed the wax and has done a brilliant job! I can play my clarinet tomorrow in a concert with more confidence now!Thank you so much!
