I wasn’t sure what I thought about Reflexology when I first went to see Julie but I knew I needed some sort of help and it sounded non threatening at least.By the end of the session I felt relaxed and curiously emotional. Then over the course of my sessions week by week I felt things shift. I processed a lot of stuff that had been bothering me but without having to directly confront it or talk about it. I became calmer and more accepting. I don’t know how she does it but it’s like magic!Plus I carried on feeling so relaxed after each session and walked out feeling like I was floating on air.I find great benefit from continuing to have regular sessions though I need it less often now than the initial weekly course.Amazing - even if you are a sceptic, just give it a try. You won’t regret it!

Fabulous experience, Julie tailored my treatment to my specific needs. I felt so relaxed and feel that the treatment I’m receiving is definitely improving my overall health and wellbeing. The atmosphere is so comfortable and relaxing too. Highly recommended!

This was my first ever reflexology session & I wasn’t sure what to expect. Julie was amazing, she talked me through the session, she is a fabulous listener. In my own experience I felt a difference immediately, not only was I walking better, I glided along, my feet stopped hurting, my back felt better & most of all I have a sense of calm, this is extremely important as I have a pressurised job. I had anxiety sickness every Sunday evening, I’m now viewing work in a calmer way which gives me a more balanced view. I understand this is not a quick fix & I have invested in this procedure for the foreseeable, I want to feel better & reflexology is definitely helping & supporting me. I would highly recommend Julie & reflexology as an option.

Julie is an amazing reflexologist. She can use a variety of techniques to tailor to your needs. I have been twice and can’t wait for my next visit. The first time I was feeling under the weather and low, I wonder at how you can feel relaxed and energised at the same time, but that is exactly how I felt following treatment.
