Excellent service.I had a meter repositioned by the electricity board and needed all the existing wiring to be reconnected with a new fusebox.My contractor didnt arrange for an electrician so I had to. Glad I found Ask Electrics.Andy quickly came to quote and work was carried out the next day. The job was done to a very high standard. I would definitely use them again.

We had a female electrician, which was nice, being a lady myself, you don't often see them, she was very friendly, worked very quickly but also kept us updated with what she was doing, I would highly recommend.

We needed 2 different pieces of work to be undertaken. The first was the repair of a faulty socket which shorted the circuit. A subsequent job was a complete EICR check of our 31 year old house. Both jobs were undertaken promptly and efficiently and with utmost courtesy from the technical electricians. I have no hesitation in recommending ASK Electrix for all electrical jobs, large or small.

Ask Electrix have recently performed some socket and light installations for us and I could not recommend them highly enough. Andy came out to give to assess the works, and I received the quote quickly after and was able to get an installation date soon after. The electrician was really punctual, professional and friendly, and was able to accommodate additional work that I request on the day. Overall, the standard of service was exceptional, and I will definitely be using Ask Electrix again!

Professional company. Would use again.Did a full electrical upgrade, wiring for new kitchen, multiple sockets and switches, new consumer unit, heat alarm smoke alarm extractor fan bathroom and lighting all installed and snag-fixed over the summer. All completed and certified. I also had them complete a EICR for me too. No issues. Very happy with their service. Good communication and good standard of work.

I can't fault our experience with ASK. The level of customer service from start to finish has been second to none.Sandra swifly arranged Andy to visit and then followed up with the quotation which was competitive. The process was clear and once we accepted the quote the dates we requested were confirmed.Payment is accepted online by card, PayPal or bank transfer and even after I managed to make a meal out of that they quickly resolved the issue for me!The work was carried out in a timely and professional manner by all involved and we are delighted with the results.

They were quick to come and quote, and quote was reasonable. 3 people came to do the work (we had several jobs) and all were very polite and friendly. They all wore masks and protective footwear. They were slightly late due to an over running earlier job but I was kept up to date with their eta. Rather than quoting for straight replacements in each case they attempted to repair first and only replaced where necessary. Would definitely use again

I had a RCD tripping out ring main and lighting circuits. Diagnostic work completed to identify damaged wire causing the fault. Repairs made and all up and running within an hour. The electrician was very polite and provided an excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
