Bad experience will not be returning after asking twice if they had normal Pepsi and was told yes was then given Pepsi max asked for mash with my meal then was given fries as I went to change what had went wrong there was another lady waiting as her order was also wrong got back to the table to eat and my partner had ordered hot wings and was given the wrong order also and the mash I was given was runny and watered down so at this point had to correct our meal 3 times! And to top it all off then found a hair in my food!!!

It's one of the best and cleanest KFC I have ever been.Big kudos.Only the tabe could be a little bit cleaner.

Extremely disappointed . Everything was disgusting. I always liked KFC but today’s experience was awful. I will never ever go there again.

I only ever have hot wings which can be a bit hit and miss. If you manage to get it when it's freshly done then it's a winner. Many times the have been dry and tasteless as though they are not consistent with the recipe of the coating.Staff leave you waiting at the counter whilst the all appear to be dealing with drive through customers, a simple acknowledgement would be nice and they don't even apologise for keeping you waiting and they all look miserable as if they are not enjoying their job.

The KFC on the Tyburn Road is one of the cleanest and most fastest serving places I have been to so far. I ordered my mighty bucket for one and 30 seconds after paying for it, the food appeared in the window awaiting collection. The food was cooked great and tasted fantastic.It seems that nationally, all the KFC restaurants have gone through a fantastic refit that has benefited the brand.

There used to be good food. Prior to the renovation. Now it's just gone down hill. I initially put excellent as my first review 2 years ago. And I never usually change my review. Now I'm changing it. On Monday the 25th September at 10:30pm I go through the drive through and order a trilogy box meal with no lettuce and no mayo on the burger. Evey single item other than the chips and gravy were cold. Please refer to the picture for what the burger looked like, I think that should be sufficient enough to explain why I'm a little upset by what I got. Which I was only saw after I reached home starving after a long day.Moral of the story. Dont drive away till you have checked every single item.

Must say that the staff here inside the restaurant are really lovely especially the one guy, every time we visit he always brings our food to us and is so pleasant yet professional and seems really genuine. Restaurant always clean and well kept, one of the nicest KFC's I've been to.

Great service free delivery through Just Eat. Food came very quickly delivered. Still lovely and hot and freshly cooked. Also specified certain pieces of chicken and they followed my instructions. Five stars all round to KFC Kingsbury road.
