Such a disappointment not only that a large balloon my father paid a lot for popped in the bag whilst the smaller balloon stayed up.This was the only store that had the balloon my 7 year wanted but instead she had to go without!Not only was this a disappointment but also the poor customer service received by the owner was unexpected. Shall not be returning to this local store again.

Bought an expensive foil balloon for my daughters birthday only to find lees than 1 hour later it was flat. Brought back to be told that it must have been my fault even though 2 other balloons were in the same bag and were perfectly fine. There is no customer service, the quality is shockingly poor. Basically if you want balloons, look eksewhere and don't say you weren't warned about the shockinly unfit for purpose goods being sold and the even worse customer service!
