We called James out after a pet had an accident on our new wool Berber carpet. He’s very knowledgeable, polite, prompt and managed to sort the problem out for us. Would highly recommend.

I am a return customer of James and Charlie at Carmarthenshire Carpet Care. From start to finish there is excellent communication and professionalism. They work with respect for your property and years of expertise and knowledge. This week they cleaned all of the upstairs, 3 large bedrooms, dressing room, landing and stairs, which all now look like new again. They also cleaned a three seater sofa, again which looks like new.When measuring up for the quote they said that upstairs carpets did not need a deep clean but the stairs did and they calculated the quote to reflect this. Working well as a team they are discreet, honest ,friendly and hardworking and I would absolutely recommend them.

Couldn't recommend this company enough! James was very professional and went above and beyond to help. We had our carpets cleaned for end of tenancy and they look fantastic. Had a few tough stains we struggled to removed and he got them out a treat! We definitely plan to use his services again in the future.

James recently came to our home to give the interior fabric of my 14 year old VW Passat a valet. Forget what you think you know about car detailing because there's an awful lot more to it!First stage involved a thorough vacuum - under and through everything - seats and bases included, for all large matter. Then a second sweep with a spinning agitator for the fine grit. This was followed by a pre-wash detergent which was agitated with an rotating brush to remove marks etc. Then the actual removal of the liquid from all surfaces began with the vacuum with around 2 litres of different detergent rinsed through the top of the fabric.Bit of spot cleaning on some tougher marks, plus some hand cleaning with a mitt and surface detergent on the fabric held in place by [14 year old!] glue on the headlining, atomised the car with a nice smell and the job was done. Fabrics were sparkling!James was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. What more do you want? 5 Stars.

James and Charlie came out to clean my sofa this week. It had a number of stains on due to my son having colic and reflux and I honestly didn't think it was repairable. James and Charlie have done a fantastic job restoring it and have surpassed my expectations.

If you ever need your carpets, cleaned thoroughly and professionally, then I rate James and Charlotte to be the best company I have ever used. They explained the seven stage process they were going to use clearly and precisely. My 16-year-old carpets are now looking like new once again. The best service I have ever come across and I would recommend them to any potential client. For me, they provide nothing less than a five star service there. Also such lovely people to chat with.

Highly RecommendedMy dad was taken in for emergency surgery and we wanted to clean his sofas and rug ready for his return to prevent any infections. I contacted James and Charlie, explained the situation and even though they were fully booked and going on holiday they came through for us. Both sofas and rug turned out great, they even fixed the underside of the rug where it had broken apart over time.Thank you both for your help and going above and beyond for us.
