good prices usually, helpful staff. Can sometimes be a nightmare to park outside which i suspect puts people off a bit. The yard guys are generally pretty quick at picking your bits and loading the van. Would use again. Shame they are 40 minutes drive from me

Try to get one length of tile batten to finish a job. What a palaver no where to park found a space then was told staff only parking. 2 men in yard more worried about being a parking wardens than serving customers.Then I was told they don't sell one length it has to be a bundle of batten because of health and safety.

The lady in the shop Colette I think her name was is great very helpfull and new her stuff lads in the yard helpfull but the guy in the shop with long hair is rude unhelpful and obnoxious I cant understand why he has a customer faced role .I can only think he has no control at home so thinks he can be rude and vile to customers to make up for his lack of control at home !!!!!
