I would stay away from Mark Watkins , absolutely awful service . After paying nearly £1900 for a brand new house alarm & a complete CCTV system which neither work as expected along with a TV wall bracket. Mark fitted both systems and TV wall bracket and attached television to it which by the evening was literally coming off the wall because instead of using the correct core fixing plugs for dab & board plaster Mark used standard large raw plugs not fit for purpose. The house alarm & CCTV app i cannot use because i do not know the correct password. When mark installed CCTV he broke a tile on the roof while walking on it and the bracket of 1 CCTV camera only had 3 fixings on it which was pointed out to him along with the fact that all 4 fixings were different bolts , only noticed later which Mark denied any knowledge of but changed the broken tile and put another fixing in which he should have done to start with when he came back to finish the installs. I asked for the CCTV display to be monitored on another screen which Mark was aware of from the beginnign when he did a site visit which Mark has not finished connecting . I have paid nearly £1900 and have tried to get hold of Mark Watkins to finish / fix problems with his install over the past 2 months. I have called and left Mark voice messages many times as he doesn't answer any of my calls as well as sending him text messages and Whatsapp messages since the beginning of April 2023 . He just doesn't care now at all because his invoice has been paid in full on the 20 March 2023.
