Took a bag of clothes in to be washed and dried, I was initially quoted £14. Upon return she claimed it was now x3 bags of clothes, she had put the 1 bag of clothes into 3 bags only a third full. She said it would now be £20. I questioned this as the initial quote was £14 and they were brought in as 1 bag so how could their now be x3 bags?She started getting cheeky saying that she had to use two washers as the clothes would not fit into one of the big industrial washers. I then put the clothes into the washing machine to prove that they would actually go into one washing machine (they went in quite easily as she stared in disbelief)After I proved her wrong and showed her that the clothes actually did fit into one washing machine, I questioned the reason for the £20 charge upon collection, to which she then wobbled off and came back with £6 change. She then threw verbal abuse at me and told me never to come back!Don’t worry I won’t after experiencing your disgusting attitude. Terrible business, terrible customer care, trying to bump prices up and can’t justify the reason for it. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Went to use the driers for my coat as it is duck down and needs driers to fluff it up. I walked in and went up to the driers. Was met by an extremely rude lady. I was told that I couldn't just walk in and use the drier. I said oh I thought it was a laundrette and she said no, it's a laundry. I said OK to this but queried the laundrette sign on the outside. She just said I couldn't use the laundrette. So I left confused and wont be going again. Just leaving this for anyone who thinks it's a laundrette as it apparently isn't.

Took in a load of washing. The lady was pleasant and very helpful. Great service

After receiving two blazers I ordered on line , I opened them to see they were creased all over and the lapel was sticking up !!! I dropped them in and the lady was absolutely lovely , after realizing we live near each other she dropped them to my door the next day in absolutely perfect condition , I can not recommend this service highly enough and very good prices , thank you xx

I really need someone to contact me I picked up a suit and it had the wrong jacket funeral is after Christmas so have to go and buy a new suit
