Flown several times with them internationally but with their app I am always unsuccessful checking in without any explanation,it's infuriating to step through all the hoops of scanning passport and then after 20 button clicks I still have no boarding pass!!!!

Very well staffed check-in counters. Efficient service. There were some internal issues with our booking (that we didn't quite understand), but they had a senior representative at hand who was making sure that we could smoothly check in and board.
