These guys came out within 2 hours of my call about our blocked drains. Did a great job, fixed the problem and charged exactly what they said they would. Cant tell you how relieved we were to have the problem sorted so quickly. Would happily recommend Drain Doctor Fife to anyone. Thanks guys!

Totally useless, avoid this company at all cost total cowboys, rude and totally incompatant. Ripped my tennant off for £300.00 and never did the job properly.On calling back made excuses and when questioned was very defensive and left as absolutely zero idea what they are doing.Said only way to fix it was by flooding the bathroom and it was normal to leave holes drilled in waste pipes????On then calling a professional company they came and found the drains that this company said never existed on 2 visits , sorted all the blockages in the first 30 mins. No flooding the bathroom and replacing all the botched work carried out buy this company.

Can’t rate these guys enough. After a terrible week getting a bathroom fitted with endless issues and the plumber dropping a roll of industrial bags down my pipe, and blocking the main drain. (Although he didn’t admit to it). These guys worked on it for 3 hours to get them out. What a relief to know what it was and manage to claim my money back, Thank you drain doctor!

Rude, intolerable bunch of losers. Went to the wrong place, did the wrong job and then for some unknown reason tried to demand payment, despite THEIR company doing the WRONG job. Exceedingly rude man on the phone who was arrogant, aggressive, and accepted his defeat when hanging up on customer. Loser man. Would recommend this company when I am 900 years old - in other words, NEVER!

Fantastic service and a great price. Drains were a Hell of a mess. The team who attended were professional and really friendly. Quick response and was pleasantly surprised at the price for such a substantial blockage. The company are coming back to do some remedial work on a partially collapsed drain. I wouldn't trust it to anyone else. Very happy customer
