My treatment was for a luxury pedicure-although the end result was reasonable i have had better in a luxury pedicure-the main problem was the lack of professionalism - i was left for45 minutes soaking off -when it is only a 15 minute job-this was because someone else came to use the room in the meantime-staff were greeting friends chatting in the reception-no relaxing music when treatment was being done staff taking personal call-door left open -owner's children arriving-staff shouting through the door to them and a man actually coming in while I was having treatment because the door was open-they don't take card payments under £50- mine was £37.50 -small notice stuck onto the reception, I noticed when paying I had to go to cash point -good job amhonest

I've just returned from my first haircut , Tara was my stylist. I'm on cloud nine. She did everything and more that was asked of her. See you all soon . Jen x

Always do an amazing job been there loads of times for weddings birthdays to get hair and make up done. Really good place to go good pricing also.

Went this morning for to have my hair blow dried for my sons wedding.. I asked for it to be dried straight.. I was told someone had phoned in sick but it was ok and I was still having my hair done. As soon as she touched my hair I knew she wasn't any good. She wafted my hair with the dryer to make it flatter at the roots ?? .. I am an ex hairdresser so I know how blow dries should be and I have had my hair dried beautifully straight many times at other salons... the two hairdressers" talked over me and my daughter and kept leaving me to answer the phone (3 times) talking to the other staff about trying to find sams grandmas telephone number... this experience cost me £20 and I had to come home and re do my hair myself... I will never again come to your salon... the whole experience was a disgrace. I will also be adding this to trip adviser and Facebook"

Always a friendly place... Kirsha is an amazing business woman and a beautiful person at heart. Always a pleasure to be there.
