I contacted Sheen with little hope of saving our favourite rug following a major puppy incident. But they took on the challenge and worked tirelessly to return it to a good as new condition. Very impressive service and communication throughout, with tips and tricks given for future care. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sheen again for all our rug related needs. I had the cream-coloured wool carpets on my stairs and in my bedroom cleaned. They hadn't been done for three years, and I was delighted with the outcome. They look and smell clean and fresh, and the bounce (or fluffiness) has been restored. It was done by a husband and wife team who not only gave me a lot of information about post-care (how long they would take to fully dry and putting cardboard barriers between my metal bed and the carpet to prevent discolouration, etc.) but also advised me about safety (not slipping on the stairs, etc.). They were a friendly and down-to-earth couple who were very easy to have in my home. In fact, I popped out at one point and left them to it. I will definitely use them again.

We have used Sheen Services for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Professionally Paul and Julie are hugely knowledgeable- cleaning carpets, Persian rugs, upholstery all with care and always producing excellent results. They are helpful, they are well priced, and always a pleasure to have around. Wouldn’t think of ever using anybody else!
