Craig is an absolute gem. He happened to see me struggling with my right shoulder whilst in the gym and recommended I visited his studio. I took him up on his offer and have been back a few times since and honestly the difference is night and day.Craig takes the time to explain his process and what to do moving forward to avoid injury in the future. Will be going back again when needed!

I can't recommend Craig enough. I had some serious lower back pain which he not only got rid of but also sorted out my knee which had been niggling whilst running. To top it off he gave me some cracking follow on advice, all in all excellent service and care!!

Professional experience, it was explained as to why I had sustained my injury, how to prevent it and I was even taught about the body and areas affected throughout the session. I came away feeling so much better and I will definitely be back.

Craig has been instrumental in the recovery of my crash injury. I expected a long & slow recovery but after just a month or so, I'm back in the water swimming again. I've had daily programs written for me to follow and aids and massage to encourage repair, something that's taken far less time than we've both & the NHS could have ever expected. I won't hesitate to use Craig again if I cause or pull an injury. Many thanks, Andy

Craig helped me recover from my MCL injury I sustained. Craig is professional and knowledgeable and I still use him to this day for minor niggles and pains. Would recommend to anyone.
