First experience was really positive - lovely guys did our shellac nails and offered us tea and coffee, were friendly and the whole experience really good !Second visit - older lady in charge at desk - lacked any eye contact and her general customer service was very poor and hostile - even when paying zero eye contact no thank you for coming again! As I was only having shellac removed -no repaint - she seemed incredibly unimpressed! Friend had nails redone … and agreed whole experience less appealing.Nails by guys is good - do last for sure so quality good although they do need to increase their range of colours - they are either too pale or too strong in palette - I assume this will grow with business and investment.

Rang salon, lady that answered the phone told me that they shut at 18.30 . Rang again at 5.45 as was going to get my nails done no answer thought probably busy so drove up there and by 6 pm was there and was all closed up!Although I only live 10 minutes away wasn't too impressed with this fairly new business!
