Start to finish excellent. The guys turned up at 9.00am on the dot and we’re done in an hour and a half. They were professional, polite and took a lot of care.

We were happy with the service we recieved for our recent move. The guys did a good job and worked efficiently.I have since found one of my electric guitars has been snapped in half during the move.After reporting this to B E Webbe I was told the insurance company require feedback of damaged goods in 7 days.Understandable, however an impossible task to go through all your items within 7 days.Tainted my experience.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Charlie, Chris and Jordan went above and beyond, helping us to move with efficiency, friendliness and good humour. We didn’t get our new keys until 4.45pm on a Friday, the guys waited patiently all day and worked over time without complaint once we finally had our keys. Their experience really showed and made our move as ‘pain free’ as it could be. Booking was also easy - overall, super impressed!

Thank you to Keith and the guys for a really good service moving us into a smaller house. They showed all the patience in the world when things went wrong with the seller and things got delayed. An absolute credit to the company. Same with the contractor used, too. No issues with anyone. Would gladly recommend.

I had used Webbes last time I moved and was very happy with the service, so had no hesitation in using them again.Charlie & Ant arrived on Monday morning and did a sterling job in getting my large and bulky furniture from a 3rd floor apartment into the tiniest lift and down to the lorry. They worked tirelessly and treated myself and my belongings with care and respect .The guys then took all of my belongings up to York the following morning and again worked liked Trojan’s . Very fast, efficient , professional - thoroughly lovely guys. Hope Webbes realise how lucky they are to have Charlie and Ant on their team - a huge thank you to them both for the awesome job they did. Highly recommend.

Used once before and brilliant. Tried to get them out for a price for a removal 2 weeks later. Took them over a week to come out all under the assurance they could do the date we needed(expressed my concern about the delay between visiting and needing them as was assured I didn’t need to worry). Spoke to the guy who came out who said the date would be fine and quote would be back the next day. Chased up several days later as no sign of quote to be told ‘no chance of that date’. No apology for messing us around, and still no quote. Won’t waste my time considering them as an option next time.

A very professional service! Original quote for moving was arranged very quickly, and months ago. Owing to unpredicted delays my in-laws have only just moved, but the price was honoured. Chris and Ash made a tricky job seem relatively easy- everything was packed into the van extremely well- loads of felt covers and blankets over all the furniture, and all held securely in place.Nothing damaged en-route, which was good, and they were very friendly, helpful and accomodating at all times- much valued at such a stressful time. My 90-odd yr old in-laws were treated with consideration and respect at all times.Very grateful, thanks guys! Best wishes for the future, I know where to come next time!
