We have been a customer of Direct Air for many years, they have a great team supporting them. They have always provided an excellent service and always respond quickly if we have an issue. Keep up the good work.

Purchased a compressor for my unit, they come and saw what we did and how it would be used and told us what would be best. i over paid for what i got, but knowing i was dealing with a professional company i would get the service i needed. However, after 2 months it started squealing, they did a repair, still squealed a lot but worked, got it serviced by Direct Air every time, each service there was always something wrong with it so cost us more and more, last service they said everything was fine, i might need a new seal soon but its not urgent, but to do this they would need to take it off site to repair it, so paid them £600 for the new seal, took the compressor off site, then a week later i was chasing them to find out where the compressor was and then they come back to me saying i need to pay another £2000 because its broke. they refused to put it back together until i paid £2000 for it, I have spent more money on repairs and service then i did for the compressor, it would have been cheaper to by a sealey compressor from screwfix every 6 months then to buy from this company!!! will not be using them again!!

Great service that lets you know what and when servicing is due. If we have an issue they are always here in good time. Cannot fault
