The worst customer service I have ever experienced.Wayne Derbyshire is a total rip off merchant/con artist and NOT to be trusted.My MOT appointment was cancelled but Wayne advised I could drop off my HGV on site and they will MOT the vehicle when they can fit me in which Wayne quoted me £163 for a MOT test.When on arrival to drop my HGV off, the company was closed, after several calls to Wayne he finally answered and advised me to post the keys as he had left and closed the business prior to me advising him my time of arrival.A few days later Wayne contacted me and explained my HGV failed MOT and could he take payment over the phone before collection, Wayne taken my bank details and confirmed transactions successful, I collected and drove home in my HGV which failed on air brakes, headlamp aim and battery insecure on carrier 1, once checking my bank statement Wayne had charged me £205 for MOT when initially quoted £163, I rang Wayne to query this and he explained the MOT was carried out on a Saturday which is a extra fee. I checked the MOT date which shows on the test certificate and has been carried out on a Friday, I queried Wayne about this and he then advises that I wasn't there to present the test, therefore I have been charged for somebody to sit in my vehicle to present the MOT test which I was unaware of this fee.Wayne advised they could adjust headlamp aim before the MOT re-test which is £18.00 and a re-test would be £71, he requested payment before the re-test booking.I got the MOT failure work carried out and booked a day off work and arrived for re-test, they checked the headlamp aim and advised me that it was ok, it was a incorrect headlamp fitted (European Headlamp) - yet Wayne advised over the phone it was the headlamp aim and no mention of headlamp replacement and there was no information of this on the MOT failure sheet either.Wayne stated they will not carry out the MOT and to come back once the headlamp is replaced so I don't get charged again and I would be refunded for the headlamp aim.I then got the headlamp replaced and adjusted and arranged another re-test date.I booked another day off work and went for a re-test again, on arrival Wayne went to check my headlamp aim and started to carry out adjust when I can clearly see the headlamp aim is in perfect requirements to pass, when confronting Wayne that I can see the aim is perfect and doesn't require adjustment (so I don't get charged for adjustment) he got verbally aggressive and stated I can leave now and take the vehicle elsewhere and he won't bother doing the test, during our debate he swore at me several times too.I then went to test lane for the official re-test which passed headlamp aim without Wayne adjusting confirming my advise to him was true, the tester then failed my HGV for battery insecurity on battery carrier 2.I then left the site with a failed vehicle again for the 3rd time with no refund for headlamp adjustment and booked the vehicle in at another HGV MOT centre the same day who re-tested and passed the vehicle for £59!I never received any invoices throughout this duration of hell and e-mailed Wayne/Longton test centre several times for invoices yet they have ignored each time and iv still no responce.I will never have any dealing with this company ever again and advise nobody else too, due to such untrustworthy, poor customer service, long wait times, and Waynes lack of knowledge in MOT testing.

If you want a decent honest job doing on you motor at a very fair price with excellent knowledgeable mechanics then book your car in today - they're very busy because they're good!

Not impressed at allPut my Minibus in for a MOT and failed on Headlights and welding. Fair enough I thought .Got new Headlights and the welding sorted booked it back in plus have the new Headlights realignment sorted.Went to pick vehicle up and it had been failed as a Brake cable apparently was now sitting on the exhaust as a spring had gone missing . Went to pay Bill and discovered there was a £50 extra as I wasn't with the vehicle would of been nice to be informed beforehand but hey ho .So we ate now on the 3rd MOT which i left with them work issues . I get a call telling me my vehicle was refusing to start and cutting out . Even though it has never had this issue and I drove it 5 miles home that night after picking it up with no problem. Also in the space of 30 miles and with 2 previous MOTs not spotting it I now have a tyre that is illegal and one of my seatbelts is apparently fitted wrong way round even though the seats in front off and behind are fitted exactly the same way but are fine. Ps also exactly the same way they are fitted in my Company minibus .Started off with high hopes but I certainly would not recommend these to anyone

I never leave reviews but this deserves it. Not my normal garage although this will change.Went in in a panic as had an engine fault but needed my car this evening.They squeezed me in and fixed it really quickly. Polite and great customer service from everyone I spoke to.Thank you so much for helping out.

Arrived on time waited half hour truck came in after me to check brakes waited again pulled into doc waited another half hour and was then told that they couldn't test it as they didnt have the rite equipment left outside with no mot and wanted £175 wasted a whole afternoon
