We chose a Valcucine kitchen because it was so beautiful and unique and our experience with this company has been the best. Both Dennis and Nathalie made the entire process from design to installation stress-free and enjoyable. We worked closely with Nathalie who designed our kitchen and there wasn't a single aspect of the design that was overlooked. She is a competent and highly talented designer. Dennis oversaw the overall project and was always there to smooth out all the complexities that arose along the way.But what we have been most impressed with by the Valcucine team has been the quality of aftercare service. They did not install the kitchen and then 'wash their hands' of it. Quite the opposite! They have addressed and dealt with every concern we had. We have had 2 site visits, post installation and even now, a year later they are completely approachable should we need them.Would highly recommend Valcucine, London.Thank you Dennis and Nathalie for everything!
