10 /10 excellent service, find its better to talk face to face when contract is ending, than sky phone representative.

I only wanted to speak to a person, but that was impossible. How can this be good customer service? How on earth is it possible to promise a service, but not have one single person willing or able to speak with customers. The most ridiculous of all is the recommendation on their website to get or ask for help from other customers. They are not paid to provide customer service, YOU are.

Originally bought my sky stream here with Perry and recently been back and he helped me with the My Sky app. Very friendly and very good service.

Spoke to Perry at the sky stand and he was very helpful and helped me with an issue. Originally bought my sky package here and had it ever since. Very good service.

Approached kiosk with my 15 year old daughter. Spoke to a Ben or maybe Brad. The men working here are really creepy. They made my daughter feel very uncomfotable. Whatever you need from Sky, just call or do it online. Stay away from these guys.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, understood what pack we wanted and did not then keep trying to upsell us like other places. Would definitely recommend, far nicer than doing it online
