Absolute quality. Matt Parr in three words: professional, personable and excellent! As a local lad Matt knows SE London like the back of his hand. He knows exactly what a property is worth and so the valuation will be spot on. Unlike other agents Matt will work proactively and canvass buyers across London directly and work tirelessly to sell your property. Matt sold our house within three days of us signing up with him. He always has time to discuss and advise as the sale is going through and we would absolutely recommend him 100%. Sales or lettings you won’t find a better service, give Parr a try.

Matt is an estate agent truly worth his salt – he completely changed our perception of estate agents and sets a standard so different to our previous buying and selling experience.His knowledge and guidance not only secured us our asking price, but ensured the sale completed in what ended up being a tricky chain.At the start of the process we considered all available options and firmly believe that had we have gone with another, e.g. an online estate agent or even other high street one, we would not have ended up in such the favourable position we did.Matt worked hard at every step of the process and we have no hesitation in recommending him.

I was a bit sceptical of using a newly established estate agent, but I needn't have worried as Matt Parr was great from start to finish. He is very friendly and approachable and has a great sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He pays great attention to detail and he worked hard to get the spec. and photos for my property sale just right. I would highly recommend Parr London. A very positive experience!

Before finding our current property to rent with Parr we had been dealing with many agents around the area who's level of service was as you would expect from a typical estate agent [jumping through hoops,stressful, forceful, pressuring]. Parr were different, helping us secure the property we wanted whilst still feeling and being treated like human beings. Minty, our agent, was super nice [can't emphasise enough her niceness], helpful and super responsive.
