Delivered here a couple of times good bunch of lads bit confusing though as my paperwork said Ultra Finishing Ltd on Google maps it's listed as Roxor but it's one in the same

I needed advice on a mixer shower thermostat cartridge.I got great friendly technical advice from Eileen Purdy , customer services.Talked me through the fault,advised on correct remove of old cartridge, and part no. to order new part.Really professional , makes a change to deal with a company that seems to actually want to help thier customers.Cheers.

A warehouse for bathrooms that also sell to the public at great value. I worked here until recently, although my experience wasn't the best (I don't think anyone actually enjoys working here) they're a good steady employer and are moving their approach to staff in the right direction. A better than most employer of warehouse staff, just don't expect to slack off even a little.

Have to give 1. I was misinformed via phone with regards to the price. When I asked for refund I was told to wait as they recorded the conversation, then I was told about IT issues and finally I got no response for last couple of emails.
