Went for a meal here last night, the customer service was excellent imade a mistake when ordering and the staff were more than happy to fix it. The food was nice and excellent value for money.

THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN APRIL 2021.This should be a 4* but at the time of writing and I am talking covid times.There is no door managementThere is no floor managementThere was no table serviceNo track and trace In placeNo management presence at all, the with all customers going inside to order drinks.People were milling around inside talking.No masks were being worn inside or when people were moving about.A one way system NOT being used or implemented.People stood outside not seated.I shudder to think what this place will be like on a friday night.This is a great example why the hospitality industry has had it so difficult. Some pubs do everything right then others like this one, not only fail miserably, but become a part of the problem we all face.I went in for a drink as they have created a nice what looks a covid safe space outside the front of the pub. On the face of it it looks covid compliant do not be fooled at all. AVOID THIS PLACE, or at least until they do what they are legally responsible to do which is provide a safe environment.............................................................................This was the original review before covid.And at this time the venue I felt was worth a 4 star.....Nice place when quiet. Gets very busy on a Friday with the youth.Good selection of drinks ar reasonable prices.Darts pool and sport in the TV.Will visit again and update review with more detail.

I had a roast dinner, partner had scampi. We both had an abundance of food which was piping hot. Meat, roast and mash potatoes, 3 different veg, stuffing and a Yorkie. Add a couple of drinks total less than £20. Staff very friendly will definitely be returning.

Pleasant experience, staff were helpful and friendly and atmosphere in the place was nice. Food was great, nicely cooked and decent sized portions. Definitely going back again

We was celebra My sons 9th birthday and the owner cam to ask how was food , after some chat he started saying how he been suffering from diarrhoea .it put us of food . Worst birthday . At the smokeing area people was smokeing weed . And they hold iligal mobility scooter racings .

The food here is the worst I've ever tasted in terms of Indian bar and grill pub food and I've visited every bar and grill in the area. The mixed grill was appalling. Food was all artificially dyed and tasteless. Chips were soggy and lukewarm. Couldn't have been any worse if a two year old child had cooked it.
