Very disappointed with customer service in relation to the online subscription which is promoted in store. I have tried to cancel my subscription three times now. Every time I phone I get assured it will be cancelled but to date it hasn't. There are no guidelines online to cancel so phoning is the only option. £15 has been debited from my account without any notice. It almost feels like a scam.

Took a look at a perfume in this store it was £80 in John Lewis it was £60. Staff are friendly enough, but I think I would rather by my presents from John Lewis.
