Very helpful staff and the manager was so considerate when my Greggs App was not working.I was going to pay for Belgian Buns and not only were they delicious, but the charge was generously waved because of my problem with the App.Excellent service!

Greggs has become an institute in our lifes, providing that familiar selection of baked goods. Every store I've visited had all the usual fare. All familiar and all just as tasty. If You haven't tried their bakes then Your missing out. As you might guess I am a big ( fat? ) fan.

In my opinion all Greg's are going drastically down hill presentation service and most of all quality of product sausage rolls are not as they used to be filling wise and are always greasy as for steak bakes etcetera they should be called gravy bakes as I struggle to find any beef in them no more Gregg's for me

I recently gave Donna a £20 note, bought a meal deal, a sausage roll and a fudge donut and yet only received £3 change in return. Spoke to others around the shopping centre and it seems she has a habit of short changing people.

Just want to say a big thank you to one of the female staff that was working this morning. Sorry I never got your name. I became unwell while standing in the queue to be served and she helped me to a chair and got me some water and kept an eye one me while I sat. Thank you so much. I made it to work and feel a lot better now. Fab customer service
