Took a trip out to J&S Accessories, Plymouth. Had a job finding the place at first on an industrial Est, hidden in plain sight maybe. Anyway made the visit as there was a sale on. I was shown round the jackets & helmets by Matt. His knowledge and assistance was very good around the gear I was looking to get and nothing was too much trouble. Not pushy and very easy to chat to to get advice, would definitely recommend a visit as the stock look really good for the size of the unit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Josh was awesome! Came in a while ago with a friend and got some advice, came back today on my own, josh happily spent a good 1.5 hours giving advice, providing options and a good laugh. Ended up with a helmet and jacket sorted. Cheers

Wonderful customer service. All the staff are very kind, friendly and eager to assist you. I cannot recommend the staff here enough. They are a lovely bunch and their objective advice (no really!) is second to none. If a staff member is on the edge of their knowledge then they will find someone who can advise better though most staff members are very knowledgeable. You cannot get this level of customer service from just a website.

Went in today to get some more protective gear for my wife and I. We have shopped here before and liked the range and helpful staff, hence why we came back. Staff members Tom and Josh were very helpful and friendly, we had a good browse and got some information on the protective clothes and moterbike products we then went on to purchase for a reasonable price. Will be back again and would recommend to any other riders, new and experienced.

The lads in the shop were friendly, welcoming, and helpful when I brought in an elderly client earlier today who suffers from social anxiety and mobility issues but wanted a motorbike jacket.The lads made us feel welcome, offered suggestions to help my client through the process, and kept us informed at the checkout so my client was always knowing what was happening.He loves his new jacket , thank you x
