I ordered a beautiful light which unfortunately went dim after a couple of days of installation. I emailed Fern interiors and attached pictures, expecting to be told that it was my fault, however an extremely friendly, helpful customer services representative offered me a full refund or an alternative light. The issue was dealt with professionally and efficiently and within one day we had a new light on order. Despite the original faulty product, we had a great experience with Fern interiors and a really beautiful light. Highly recommend.
