Sebastian was prompt in relying to our initial enquiry, turned up to see our narrowboat when he said he would and booked us in within a reasonable time slot having given us a break down of all the material costs. He fitted an Eberspacher onto our 45' narrowboat and the job was done efficiently and with great precision and professionalism, there were no 'that'll do' or 'near enough's'!We are really pleased with the result, the only caveat is that if your boat is a distance away, the time taken to travel there does eat into the time actually spent doing the work which can extend the length of the job. But to have work carried to such a high standard by someone who absolutely knows what they are doing is worth it. He has a fabulous dog too.
