FANTASTIC service department.I received above and beyond service from the engineers and service department here, especially the lovely Simon.They carried out a professional and thorougher vehicle inspection on a car I purchased, from a dodgy dealership in Watford via a finance company.They explained all faults found clearly so I understood them and knew the extent of the faults.Simon helped me trace the history of the car and looking through all the paperwork that came with the car allowing further understanding of how the car came to this condition. I left much better prepared to manage my refund claim against the dealership and finance company as well as having clear understanding on what faults were present.I’m still fighting the finance company two months later.Upon seeing their vehicle inspection report, to try and dismiss mine, it further cemented my trust in Perry’s Sittingbourne. The comparison between the two vehicle inspections and reports showed how thorough a Perrys inspection is compared to other vehicle inspections.No one likes to find out their car is damaged and have a massive bill to fix it. However, I would much rather know the facts than continuing to drive a death trap or break down with my disabled child.If I used the same inspectors as the finance company, I’d still be driving and adding to the damage on a faulty car that is on a 5 year HP contract. This all happened 3 weeks into the agreement.If you want a honest, professional and caring team to inspect or repair your vehicle, then use these guys!Simon and the service manager were happy to help me understand the finance companies report two months after my inspection with them.It being quite clear I had been ripped off but having nothing to do with them, they still tried to help without any obligation too. Having spoken to many different companies since the purchase, not many will do this.Being a mains dealer, their cars are out of my finance range. When I do get another vehicle, I’ll be taking it straight to them to check over.Will definitely recommend and be using again.They have a nice seating area and refreshments available.Photo added to prove I am a customer and this review is genuine.

Telephoned on Monday morning, 14th August, to book a Vauxhall Meriva in to have some work done on it. Spoke to the receptionist at the service department explaining the problems with the vehicle. Was told they would try to expedite this and someone would call me back either on the Monday or Tuesday. As I had not heard anything from them by about 4.20pm on the Tuesday I telephoned them again. The switchboard operator told me that the lines to the service department are very busy and they would call me back. I explained that someone was supposed to call me back on the Monday or Tuesday but so far no one had called me. Was assured that someone would call me back. One week later still waiting for the call back. It would appear that my money is not good enough for them.

Whenever I send my van to here they always end up saying I need to take it back to broadstairs branch for some sort reason. Due to doesn't seem they like to deal with any problems even though they are the local dealership. Not broadstairs. Last time went here. Got told to go broadstairs with no explanation to why they can't resolve the problem. Just to take the van back to where I bought it from.

I took my car in for service and mot last week and the overall service was excellent. It went in on time and was done in the time specified. All staff were very helpful. Today I had another car hit my wing mirror but couldn’t get it back in place. I phoned Perrys and they asked me to take it in after 2pm when they fixed it for me straight away. Again an excellent service with friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Great experience, great service. First time buying a car from a main dealer.Will definitely do so again.

I can not praise them enough.My car had been off road for over two years, everyone I spoken to had said it was a ECU. After 2 days, I was back up and driving around again. The team, checked out the vehicle, and found the fault was a lot easier then the previous 3 garage's and RAC had said. They kept me informed as it went through different stages and kept the cost low. I would recommend them to other.Well done team.
