Kari Milsom Holistic Therapies

I have had several reiki treatments with Kari, the most recent at The Sanctum in Cottingham. Having had covid a few weeks before my session, I was feeling pretty low and run down. The reiki healing Kari gave was truly calming and restorative, in a beautiful & peaceful setting. I would highly recommend.

I always have such a relaxing and calming reiki experience with Kari and now attend reiki sessions regularly to help with my anxieties and some ongoing pain issues. I have also recently had a combined full body massage combined with reiki which was so relaxing on both a physical and mental level. Kari is always very professional and so caring and empathic in her approach. The setting itself is lovely and I always feel very welcome.
